How does it work?
Most of the one-on-one coaching happens over the phone. You and your coach can be located anywhere in the world. You can chose ongoing coaching or single session.
Ongoing coaching sessions begin with a complimentary session to evaluate your current situation, what you want to accomplish and the obstacles that you might need to overcome. The next steps are planning and implementation.
Regular coaching sessions are held two, three or four times per month and a minimum of three months commitment is required.
A la carte or single sessions are available at an hourly rate.
